Terms and Conditions

Your Terms and Conditions section is like a contract between you and your customers. You make information and services available to your customers, and your customers must follow your rules.


Common items in a terms and conditions agreement allow you to:

  • Withdraw and cancel services, and make financial transactions.
  • Manage customer expectations, such as liability for information errors or website downtime.
  • Explain your copyright rules, such as attribution, adaptation, commercial or non-commercial use, etc.
  • Set rules for user behavior, like forbidding unlawful behavior, hate speech, bullying, promotions, spam, etc.
  • Disable user accounts.
  • Write down any other terms or conditions that protect you or your audience.

Return and Refund Policy

Effective Date: March 24, 2026


🐾 1. Overview

At J‑Dog Bakery, we take pride in creating fresh, high‑quality treats for your pups. Because our products are perishable and made in small batches, we have specific guidelines for returns and refunds to ensure safety and fairness.


🐾 2. All Sales Are Final for Perishable Goods

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Dog treats
  • Baked goods
  • Custom orders
  • Seasonal or limited‑edition items

This policy protects the health and safety of all pets.


🐾 3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Incorrect
  • Missing items

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We may request:

  • A photo of the product
  • A photo of the packaging
  • Your order number

Once verified, we will offer one of the following:

  • A replacement shipment, or
  • A store credit for the  value of the affected items

🐾 4. Quality Concerns

If you believe there is an issue with the quality of your treats, reach out within 3 days of receiving your order.

We will review your concern and may offer:

  • A partial refund
  • A full refund
  • Store credit

This is handled on a case‑by‑case basis.


🐾 5. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet been baked or shipped.

Once production begins, cancellations are no longer possible.


🐾 6. Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by carriers
  • Incorrect addresses provided by      the customer
  • Packages marked “delivered” by      the carrier

However, we will always do our best to help you track or resolve delivery issues.


🐾 7. How to Request a Refund or Replacement

Email us at:

support@jdogbakery.com

Include:

  • Your name
  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos (if applicable)

We typically respond within 1–2 business days.


🐾 8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The “Effective Date” at the top will reflect the latest version.
